When designing a new model of furnace Roto Passat, the main focus Emphasis on energy efficiency.
The new furnace will save potentially up to 20% on energy costs compared to its predecessor.
The newly developed heating element is the foundation that allows reducing energy consumption. Countercurrent heat exchanger is much more effective and efficient heat transfer is increased.
Tunnel Oven Integral
- Automatic tunnel oven with integrated baking area
- Large baking surface with minimum dimensions – the maximum length of the oven approx. 8 m
- Surface baking: 30 – 75 m2
- Three separate climate zones (steam zone, initial and final baking zone)
- Optimal baking results, thanks to the combination of hot baking decks with circulation of hot air
- In combination with a line for bread or rolls forms a fully automatic production line
